I love beer for its versatility. There are so many different types, flavours and uses. From a Chinook Stout or Golden IPA to a Chipotle Bock, from making bread to risotto, it’s endless!
I am extremely lucky to have my job because I get to travel, meet new people and talk about beer. These are the things I would do normally in life and now I get paid to do it – that’s the dream!
